The Hit Men is the idea of illustrator and writer Mike GLC. The Hit Men idea came to him 6 years ago whilst he was serving time in Wandsworth jail. Whilst in jail Mike had drawn and written the story to a comic which at the time he had called Drake which was about an ex marine who started up a mercenary group.

He had always promised that one day he would finish the comic and fully develop the idea but life caught up to him and he never got round to it as Mike is also a rapper who has sold over 160’000 records and he also went on to develop a successful street team and a casting agency, finding himself working alongside the likes of CH4, BBC3, N Dubz, Robbie Williams and many more.
After another unfortunate run in with the law he finally decided to take some time out and became a recluse for three years focusing solely on creating his comic and developing business ideas. Whilst spending some time in Nottingham he would often watch his friends play a computer game called Hit Man and he then saw the film of the same title.
After seeing this he was so inspired by the lead character and the way that a life of a trained killer would really be, he then began to think what it would be like if you got all the different types of trained killers from across the world and combine them together all in one unstoppable team.
